There is more than one way to grow your business and weirdly enough it doesn’t involve holding your clients hands all day, or sitting in front of clients all day.

  • Is it a course with homework or what is it exactly? For 6 weeks, we’ll meet virtually for workshops and Q&A calls to work together through the weeks’ themes. There is no official homework for you to “pass” with a grade but it’s your business and you want to nourish it, amirite? I’ll hold you accountable, but it’s up to you to implement the things.


  • What do I get for my money? The eyes and brains of an industry pro of 15+ years (ahem that would be me) on you and your business for 6 weeks. We will work together on all of the bits of biz you didn’t know you needed when you picked up your first pot of paint.


  • Is it in person or online? It’s all online and you’ll get sent the replays as soon as the live calls end. It’s best to attend as many of the live calls as possible so you can participate and personally get the most from each session.


  • Is it centered around German systems and industry or is it more general? It’s centered around you as a person and the nail industry. The things we cover can be applied wherever you are in the world – because you will be everywhere you go. I just happen to live in Germany.


  • What kind of professional background do I need to have? If you work with people and appointments, this is for you. It’s created with nail techs in mind because it’s my personal background, but it would also work for: tattoo artists, hair stylist, or anyone in the beauty industry.


  • How big is the group? I work in tiny, tiny groups for big, big effects. No one gets left behind! There will be a maximum of 6 people. Everyone get’s plenty of time to shine.
